Need a last minute holiday gift? Or maybe a hostess gift? We’ve got you covered! This chocolate bark is super easy, quick and very delicious, and guess what? It’s made with dark chocolate and collagen so it’s actually healthy too…yep – it’s true!!
We stumbled on this recipe while scrolling Instagram via @toneitup and once we tried it, we knew we had to share it with you. Now, we’ve shared collagen recipes with you before (and those are delicious too!) but this one is different, it’s made from marine collagen peptides so vegetarians can enjoy it too. According to their website, “Tone It Up Marine Collagen is your new beauty go-to! ✨✨✨ The amino acids in collagen are essential for supporting radiant hair, glowing skin, and healthy nails. It’s completely odorless, flavorless, and SO versatile! Your collagen mixes well in hot and cold drinks, so add to your coffee, smoothies, and baked treats!”
We added our own spin on this Chocolate Bark and not only added the collagen, but we also added goji berries and pistachios. Here are a few reasons we added these:
Pistachios:
- good source of healthy fats
- high in antioxidants
- high in Vitamin B6
- high in Potassium
Goji Berries:
- very high in Vitamin A
- high in Copper
- high in Selenium
- good source of Vitamin C

PrintChocolate Bark Made with Collagen
Description
This easy to make Chocolate Bark is made with dark chocolate, marine collagen, goji berries, and pistachios so it’s super delicious and healthy! Also, it makes a great homemade gift, perfect for this time of year!
Ingredients
- 2 (10-ounce packages) Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips
- 2 scoops Tone It Up, Marine Collagen
- dried goji berries
- chopped pistachios
- coconut flakes
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.
- In a microwave bowl, melt the chocolate. We suggest doing this in 30-second increments, stirring in between to make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Once the chocolate is all melted, stir in the collagen until it has all dissolved.
- Pour the melted chocolate on the baking sheet and spread evenly. Now, working quickly so the chocolate doesn’t start to set up, sprinkle the chopped pistachios, goji berries, and coconut over the chocolate.
- Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator to harden up, we waited about an hour for ours to harden.
- Once hardened, break it up into pieces and enjoy!!
Looks delicious.
