Dry Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons (heaping) Cacao or Cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup cold coffee – can use decaf if you prefer
- (Use 3/4 cup non-dairy milk if you decide to omit the coffee)
Toppings (optional):
- Cacao Nibs
- Raspberries
- Bananas
- Strawberries
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Stir or whisk to remove any lumps.
- Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pour into one large container (like a mason jar) or two small ones that have a lid on them and put in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning – grab your coffee and breakfast all in one and enjoy the extra time you have by mindfully enjoying your breakfast!
