This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette is a favorite of mine – the tangy and the sweet work perfectly in this easy dressing – it goes with everything!

2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Greek Yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
optional: 1 teaspoon honey if you like it a little sweeter
Instructions
1.) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until emulsified
2.) Season with salt and pepper, however, you like and enjoy!
