Baked Chicken Wings

Baked Chicken Wings

Buffalo wings are a staple of any game you watch, but you know they can be super unhealthy due to the way they are usually cooked. When you make your own wings you avoid the unhealthy fats from the various oils they are fried in as well as from the sauce that tends to be loaded with butter.

This recipe gives you a healthy alternative to your favorite game time snack and we’ve made it extremely easy for you! We found a pre-made, all-natural buffalo sauce that is made with quality ingredients and contains zero sugar so all you have to do is bake and toss the wings. We opted to bake them on a drying rack you would typically use for cookies. This method allowed the fat to drip into the bottom of the pan, leaving you with a cleaner chicken wing. And then the secret is turning the oven to broil for the last 10 minutes of their cook time. We found that this gave them a nice crispy outside while leaving the inside tender.

Baked Chicken Wings

Now, we knew this could be a snack that would popular with the men of your life so we had to test them out before posting it. We served them for the NFC Championship game and low and behold, they were approved by our lovely men, Fred, and Kent (two chicken wing connoisseurs)!
