This smoothie is a triple threat, go-to easy breakfast that will leave you full for hours as well as fight the signs of aging!

6 ounces cold brew coffee (any other coffee will do as well, preferably cold)
4 ounces nut milk, we used cashew milk
1/2 Tablespoon of cacao powder
2 Tablespoons collagen peptides ( we used Vital Proteins)
1 Tablespoons MCT oil (we used Bulletproof)
1 Tablespoon powdered peanut butter
1/2 frozen banana
Instructions
1.) Pour the coffee and nut milk in the blender first, then add the other ingredients and process until all is smooth and enjoy!
Notes
If you want a thicker smoothie, add in a small handful of ice cubes.
