12 oz. bag of broccoli slaw
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. roasted pumpkin seeds (or chopped but of your choice)
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in to a medium sized bowl until well incorporated. Serve immediately or let sit in the refrigerator for a while to let the broccoli marinate in the vinaigrette.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 5 days
