Fast and Easy Avocado Toast (3 Ways!)

We love topping it with an egg to add protein, especially if working out is part of our morning routine. Add in some roasted tomatoes, and boom! Ingredients:

Bread to toast – we love using gluten free or sprouted Ezekiel

Ripe Avocado- A ripe avocado will be dark green and soft to the touch but not too soft.

Toppings we like: Himalayan or sea salt and pepper, crushed red pepper, roasted grape tomatoes, an egg

Instructions:

Toast your bread however you like it and top with mashed avocado, salt and pepper and anything else you think sounds yummy and enjoy!
